I would like to say a HUGE Thank You to Script for running the Mini Quiz League. I, for one, have enjoyed it immensely. So this is for you Script

Thanks a lot guys....and well done. I really enjoyed doing it....although I underestimated the standard a tad. If there was a prize for answering the obscure question...it would have to go to wortleygirl. Exiled and marko were consistenly high from week 1, but the few they failed to answer, you could more or less guarentee wortleygirl got them. In that respect it was a dream team. Having said that, wortleygirl only seemed to get out of first gear in week 3. If she had performed in the first couple of week, like she had done in the last three....it would have been a battle royal for 2nd place. The same can be said for Marko. Barnsley had four members who entered...all decent quizzers...but they never submitted questions on the same week, which is a pity because they would have been there challenging for top spot. Donny had a good balance. Pintolager was good at sport and didn't bother that much with the entertainment questions, whilst lsjb was high on the entertainment and not the sport. Special mention to Oscar04 from Accrington..who took it more seriously as the weeks progressed and scored really well on the last week.

Aye, good work scriptman. As I suggested in the private message, if there's to be another league sometime: a) Reduce the last week to 70, 90 or 105 points. and b) Keep away from the US telly, on the grounds that it's nutse.
I liked the balance of the quizzes. Them music rounds must take some putting together, unless you've some decent software to do it on.
Mr Bennett snr ain't happy about the Sheffield question, btw - he doesn't accept it as Rotherham haven't played in Sheffield yet, and he doesn't accept that West Brom aren't in Birmingham.

Agree with the Sheffield / Birmingham argument there....
....but what the hell, Leeds won the club title
